These Terms & Conditions explain how our programmes operate and help create a transparent, respectful relationship between Kashyap Kare, parents and schools.

The principles that guide our programmes.
These terms help ensure a safe, positive and transparent experience for every child, family and school we work with.
1. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment is subject to programme availability. Admissions may close once programme capacity has been reached to ensure every child continues to receive personalised attention.
2. Trial Session
The ₹99 trial session allows families to experience Kashyap Kare before making an enrolment decision. If a child subsequently joins the programme, the ₹99 trial fee will be adjusted against the first month's programme fee.
3. Payments
Programme fees are payable in advance as communicated during the enrolment process. Fees for Student Development Programmes are customised and follow the approved quotation shared with each school.
4. Attendance
Parents are requested to inform Kashyap Kare if a child is unable to attend. Missed sessions are generally not refundable or transferable.
5. Programme Changes
We may make reasonable changes to schedules, activities or facilitators whenever necessary. Wherever possible, significant changes will be communicated to parents or schools in advance.
6. Parent Communication
We encourage open and respectful communication with parents and guardians. Important programme updates, schedules and feedback may be shared through phone calls, email or WhatsApp.
7. Student Well-being
Kashyap Kare is committed to providing a safe, respectful and encouraging learning environment. Families are expected to work together with our team to support positive behaviour and a productive learning experience for every child.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, learning materials, branding and logos, is the intellectual property of Kashyap Kare unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality educational programmes, Kashyap Kare cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or performance improvements. Our programmes are designed to support learning and development, with progress varying for each child.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements to our services or changes in applicable laws. The latest version will always be available on this website.
